Questions
Do credits roll over?
Subscription credits reset every billing cycle. Top-up credits are different: they last 12 months from purchase and are spent after your monthly credits.
Is there a free trial?
No. There are no free tiers and no signup credits: generation needs a verified email and an active plan, and you see the exact credit cost of every video before you confirm it. Nothing is charged until you choose a plan.
Can I buy top-ups without a plan?
No. Top-ups are only sold on an active plan — a top-up alone can't generate, so we don't sell you one that can't be used.
What happens if a generation fails?
If the provider fails outright, your credits are refunded automatically. If a take fails our realism gate, we retry at our own cost — you're only charged for what's delivered.
How do I cancel?
From Billing → Manage subscription. That opens the self-serve billing portal where you can cancel, change plan, download invoices, or update your payment method at any time.
