Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of UGC Create. Short version: you pay for what you render, you keep what passes the gate, and you can cancel whenever you like. The long version follows — it is written to be read.

Who we are

UGC Create is operated by Furkan Alp Günay (individual), Türkiye — “UGC Create”, “we” or “us” below. Contact: info@ugcreate.dev.

The service

UGC Create is a software service that turns a product brief into UGC-style video ads. You describe the product, the persona and the script; we compile that into a production spec, generate the video with AI providers, score every take for realism and deliver only what passes. Everything you download is AI-generated — nobody filmed it, and it must be presented as such (see Acceptable use).

The service changes over time. Features, output lengths, resolutions and queue priority vary by plan and are listed on the billing page before you pay.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and provide accurate details.
• Keep your credentials to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One account per person; no sharing or reselling access.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. We will tell you why.

Credits

Work on UGC Create is paid in credits (CR). The exact credit cost of a render is shown before you confirm it — nothing runs without a printed figure first.

• Subscriptions grant a monthly credit allowance at the start of each billing period. Unused monthly credits expire at the end of the period — they do not roll over.
• Top-ups are one-time credit purchases. Top-up credits expire 12 months after purchase.
• Credits have no cash value outside the service and are not transferable.

The realism gate

Every generated take is scored for realism. A take below the shipping threshold (72 / 100) is never delivered: no download, no library entry as an ad, no exceptions. This cuts both ways, and we commit to it:

• You never pay for a rejected take. Retries caused by the gate are house-paid — the retry cost is ours, not yours.
• If a generation provider hard-fails (the render errors rather than scoring low), the credits held for it are refunded to your balance automatically.
• Rejected takes may remain viewable in your library for transparency, marked as rejected, without a download.

Acceptable use

Do not use UGC Create to:

• impersonate a real, identifiable person without their documented consent — this includes cloning a real creator’s face, voice or likeness;
• pass AI output off as a real customer’s testimonial where that is prohibited. Many platforms and advertising laws require AI-generated content to be disclosed — you are responsible for labeling your ads according to the rules of wherever you run them;
• generate sexual, pornographic, nude or sexually suggestive content of any kind — NSFW output is not permitted, whatever the persona or framing;
• produce unlawful, infringing, hateful or deceptive content, or content sexualizing minors (instant, permanent ban);
• use face-swap, deepfake or face-manipulation techniques, or upload a real person’s face or voice as input;
• upload assets you do not have the rights to use.

The full list, with examples, is in the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. Every brief is screened by an automated prompt-moderation check and a likeness gate before generation starts.

We moderate against this policy: we may refuse a brief or remove generated content that breaks it, and we act on reports sent to info@ugcreate.dev.

Your content, your ads

• You keep all rights to the assets you upload. You grant us the license needed to host and process them for the sole purpose of providing the service.
• Delivered videos are yours to use in your marketing, subject to these terms and your plan (commercial-license scope is listed per tier). There is no free trial and no free tier; free marketplace sample packs, where offered, produce watermarked and labeled output.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment partner acting as Merchant of Record — the seller of record for your purchase, named at checkout and on your receipt. The partner handles the transaction, applicable taxes and receipts, and your purchase is also subject to the buyer terms it shows at checkout. Prices are shown at checkout before any charge. Refunds work as described in the Refund policy.

Cancellation

Cancel any time, self-serve, from the billing page — no email required, no retention maze. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep access and remaining credits until then, and nothing further is charged.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”. Generative output varies — we promise the realism gate, not the performance of your ads. We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and third-party providers we depend on can fail (when they do, the credit rules above apply).

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for claims arising from the service is capped at the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing removes mandatory consumer rights you hold under the law of your country of residence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and disputes are settled by the competent courts of Türkiye — without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. For material changes we will notify you (in the app or by email) before they take effect; the effective date at the top always tells you which version you are reading. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
