Acceptable Use Policy

UGC Create is an independent interface built on top of third-party AI video models. It exists for one job: producing realistic, synthetic creator-style ads for products and services you have the right to advertise. Because the output looks real, the rules below are strict, enforced automatically where we can, and enforced manually where we cannot. Breaking them ends the account.

What you may produce

• Ads for your own product, service or app — or one you are contracted to advertise — spoken by a fully synthetic creator generated by our persona system.
• Product b-roll, demos and testimonial-style clips that describe what the product actually does. Claims must be true and substantiable.
• Output labeled as AI-generated wherever the platform you publish on requires it. We watermark free-pack output; paid output carries provenance metadata.

Prohibited — people

• No real people. You may not upload, describe or name any real person — public figure, influencer, customer, employee, yourself included — as the creator, in a reference image, or in the script, unless you hold documented, written consent and provide it on request. Our likeness gate rejects such briefs; attempts to evade it are a violation.
• No face-swaps, voice clones or deepfakes of any kind. The tool does not accept a face or a voice sample as input, and asking it to “make the creator look like” a specific person is prohibited.
• No minors. No depiction of anyone under 18, no products marketed to children, no child-like personas.
• No sexual or adult content, nudity, fetish content, or sexualized framing of any persona, however mild.

Prohibited — content and claims

• Deceptive advertising: fake reviews presented as real customers, fabricated results, before/after claims you cannot prove, or impersonating a brand, store or platform you do not own.
• Intellectual-property infringement: third-party logos, characters, music, trademarks or copyrighted material you do not have rights to.
• Political campaigning, election content, or content designed to manipulate public opinion on civic matters.
• Regulated or high-risk categories without documented authorization: pharmaceuticals and medical devices, gambling, weapons, tobacco and vaping, illegal drugs, adult services, get-rich-quick or unregistered financial offers, crypto tokens.
• Hate, harassment, threats, self-harm, violence, or content that demeans a person or group.
• Anything illegal in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction where the ad will be shown.

How we enforce this

Every brief passes a likeness gate (blocks named or pictured real people) and an automated prompt-moderation check before any generation starts; a blocked brief costs you nothing. Generated takes pass the realism gate and a provenance stamp. We review flagged accounts by hand. Violations lead to a warning, credit forfeiture for the offending production, or immediate account termination for people-related and adult-content violations — our call, with no refund for credits spent on prohibited output.

Reporting

If you believe a video made with UGC Create depicts you, your brand or your work without permission, email info@ugcreate.dev with the link or file. We answer every report and remove confirmed violations.
